Was disgusted to discover that they put very noticeable branding with contact details on our loved one’s grave stone without our consent!! The branding is more noticeable than the text on the grave stone itself. When we called to complain , we were equally shocked by their defensiveness and lack of understanding of how this was offensive. They simply said it’s something we do on all our stones and they refused to remove it. I’m sickened by how such businesses take advantage of emotionally vulnerable paying clients by advertising on their property. Swaszy when we pay you in full for a product ,it becomes our property and not yours. You cannot force us to advertise for you. The very least you could have done was ASK for our permission but you did not.
